We offer white glove delivery service and assembly on all of our furniture. This isn't Internet Delivery that shows up in a box at the end of your driveway, this is full service assembly at its finest. 

keep in mind, the furniture we sell is extremely intricate and requires training from the manufacturers!

About Your Delivery

Thank you for buying your furniture at the Bedroom Connection. We're located on the Berlin Turnpike in Newingtown, CT and we deliver throughout the immediate region. Our typical delivery areas include ALL of CT, Eastern New York, Southern Massachusetts and Western Rhode Island. If you're not in our delivery area, call us for a price quote. 

Please contact our store at 860-666-5001 to see if your location is within our delivery area.

In an effort to clarify any questions that you may have regarding your delivery, please review the following items:

  • Once your order is ready for delivery, the Bedroom Connection will contact you to schedule an appointment.
  • We do not use third party delivery companies. Bedroom Connection staff members will deliver and assemble your furniture. 
  • The day before the delivery, we will contact you with a time window for the following day and collect final payment
  • We do not accept COD.
  • The space needed for your furniture order must be both empty and accessible.
  • Your furniture will be professionally assembled and installed in the room intended.
  • Our installers do not remove existing furniture from the room or home.
  • The delivery personnel do not hang mirrors or pictures on walls.
  • All packing materials brought in with your delivery will be taken away.
  • Your furniture is inspected prior to the delivery. However, if any item is damaged, please note it on the delivery receipt. We will contact you to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
